【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequiredpropertiesofthepipingsystemanditscomponentsmadefromglass-reinforcedthermosettingplastics(GRP)basedonunsaturatedpolyesterresin(UP)intendedtobeusedforwatersupply(drinkingorraw)withorwithoutpressure.Inapipeworksystem,pipesandfittingsofdifferentnominalpressureandstiffnessratingsmaybeusedtogether.NOTE1Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.ThisstandardisapplicabletoGRP-UP,withflexibleorrigidjoints(see3.37and3.38),primarilyintendedforuseinburiedinstallations.NOTE2Pipingsystemsconformingtothisstandardcanalsobeusedfornon-buriedapplicationsprovidedthattheinfluenceoftheenvironmentandthesupportsareconsideredinthedesignofthepipes,fittingsandjoints.Itisapplicabletopipes,fittingsandtheirjointsofnominalsizesfromDN100toDN3000,whichareintendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofwaterattemperaturesupto50~C,withorwithoutpressure.Thisstandardcoversarangeofnominalsizes,nominalstiffnessesandnominalpressures.Clause4specifiesthegeneralaspectsofGRP-UPpipingsystemintendedtobeusedinthefieldofwatersupplywithorwithoutpressure.NOTE3Attentionisdrawntothenationalrequirements,inthecountryofinstallation,fortheeffectsonwaterqualityapplicabletopipesintendedforuseinpossiblecontactwithdrinkingwater.Clause5specifiesthecharacteristicsofpipesmadefromGRP-UPwithorwithoutaggregatesand/orfillers.Thepipescanhaveathermosettingorthermoplasticsliner.Clause5alsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.Clause6specifiesthecharacteristicsoffittingsmadefromGRP-UPwitheitherathermosettingorthermoplasticslinerintendedtobeusedinthefieldofwatersupply.Clause6specifiesthedimensionalandperformancerequirementsforbends,branches,reducers,saddlesandflangedadaptorsanditalsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.Clause6isapplicabletofittingsmadeusinganyofthefollowingtechniques:a)fabricatedfromstraightpipe;b)mouldedby1)filamentwinding;2)tapewinding;3)contactmoulding;4)hotorcoldpressmoulding.Clause7isapplicabletothejointstobeusedinGRP-UPpipingsystemstobeusedfortheconveyanceofwater,bothburiedandnon-buriedThisspecificationisapplicabletojoints,whichareorarenotintendedtoberesistanttoaxialloading.Itcoversrequirementstoprovethedesignofthejoint.Clause7specifiestypetestperformancerequirementsforthefollowingjointsasafunctionofthedeclarednominalpressureratingofthepipelineorsystem:a)socket-and-spigotormechanicaljoint;b)lockedsocket-and-spigotjoint;c)cementedorwrappedjoint;d)boltedflangejoint.
