【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesarefractometricmethodforthedeterminationofthesolublesolidsinfruitandvegetableproducts.Thismethodisparticularlyapplicabletothickproducts,toproductscontainingsuspendedmatter,andtoproductsrichinsugar.Iftheproductscontainotherdissolvedsubstances,theresultswillbeonlyapproximate;nevertheless,forconveniencetheresultobtainedbythismethodcanbeconsideredconventionallyasthesolublesolidscontent.NOTEForthedeterminationofthesolublesolidsinfruitjuices(notcontainingsuspendedmatter)andinconcentratedjuices(clarified),thepyknometricmethodspecifiedinISO2172isapplicable.
