【摘要】:1100.1.1RulesforthisCodesectionhavebeen(02)developedconsideringtheneedsforapplications,whichincludepipingtransportingaqueousslurriesbetweenplantsandterminalsandwithinterminals,pumpingandregulatingstations.ThisCodeprescribesrequirementsforthedesign,materials,construction,assembly,inspection,testing,operation,andmaintenanceofpipingtransportingaqueousslurriesofnonhazardousmaterials,suchascoal,mineralores,concentrates,andothersolidmaterials.Pipingconsistsofpipe,flanges,bolting,gaskets,valves,reliefdevices,fittings,andthepressurecontainingpartsofotherpipingcomponents.Italsoincludeshangersandsupports,andotherequipmentitemsnecessarytopreventoverstressingthepressurecontainingparts.Itdoesnotincludesupportstructuressuchasframesofbuildings,stanchions,orfoundations,oranyequipmentsuchasdefinedinpara.1100.1.2@).AlsoincludedwithinthescopeofthisCodeare(a)primaryandauxiliaryslurrypipingatstoragefacilities,pipelineterminals,pumpstations,andpressurereducingstations,includingpipinguptothefirstvalveofattachedauxiliarywaterlines(b)slurrypiping,storagefacilities,andotherequipmentlocatedonpropertywhichhasbeensetasidefortheslurrytransportationsystem(c)thoseaspectsofoperationandmaintenanceofslurrytransportationpipingsystemsrelatingtothesafetyandprotectionofthegeneralpublic,operatingcompanypersonnel,environment,property,andthepipingsystems[seeparas.11OO(c)and(d)].
