【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61300containsaseriesofenvironmentaltestandmeasurementproceduresand,insomecases,preferredseveritiesdesignedtoassesstheabilityoffibreopticinterconnectingdevicesandpassivecomponentstoperformunderexpectedserviceconditions.Althoughtheseveritiesareprimarilyintendedforland-basedcommunications,theproceduresmaybeusedforotherapplications.Theobjectofthisstandardistoprovideuniformandreproducibleenvironmentaltestproceduresandmeasurementprocedures,forthosepreparingspecificationsforfibreopticinterconnectingdevicesandpassivecomponents.Thesetestandmeasurementproceduresarebasedonavailableinternationalengineeringexperienceandjudgement,andaredesignedtoprovideinformationonthefollowingpropertiesofcomponentsandequipment,suchasconnectors,splices,switches,attenuators,etc.:a)abilitytooperatewithinspecifiedlimitsoftemperature,pressure,humidity,mechanicalstressorotherenvironmentalconditionsandcertaincombinationsoftheseconditions;b)abilitytowithstandstorageandtransport;c)abilitytomeetthespecifiedlevelsofopticalperformance.Thetestsinthisstandardpermittheperformanceofsamplecomponentsorequipmenttobecompared.Toassesstheoverallqualityofaproductionlot,thetestproceduresshouldbeappliedinaccordancewithasuitablesamplingplanandmaybesupplementedbyappropriateadditionaltests,ifnecessary.Toprovidetestsappropriatetothedifferentintensitiesofanenvironmentalcondition,someofthetestprocedureshaveanumberofdegreesofseverity.Thesedifferentdegreesofseverityareobtainedbyvaryingthetime,temperatureorsomeotherdeterminingfactorseparatelyorincombination.Thisstandardshouldbeusedincombinationwiththerelevantspecificationwhichwilldefinetheteststobeused,therequireddegreeofseverityforeachofthem,theirsequence,ifrelevant,andthepermissibleperformancelimits.Intheeventofconflictbetweenthisbasicstandardandtherelevantspecification,thelatterwilltakeprecedence.
