【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC15946specifiespublic-keycryptographictechniquesbasedonellipticcurves.Theyincludetheestablishmentofkeysforsecret-keysystems,anddigitalsignaturemechanisms.ThispartofISO/IEC15946describesmechanismsfordigitalsignatures.Themathematicalbackgroundandgeneraltechniquesnecessaryforimplementingthemechanismsaredescribedinpart1ofISO/IEC15946.ThescopeofthispartofISO/IEC15946isrestrictedtocryptographictechniquesbasedonellipticcurvesdefinedoverfinitefieldsofprimepowerorder(includingthespecialcasesofprimeorderandcharacteristictwo).Therepresentationofelementsoftheunderlyingfinitefield(i.e.whichbasisisused)isoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO/IEC15946.ThispartofISO/IEC15946doesnotfullyspecifytheimplementationofthetechniquesitdefines.Thus,additionalspecificationmayberequiredtoensurethecompatibilityofproductscomplyingwiththispartofISO/IEC15946.
