【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardconsolidatesalltheseparaterequirementsspecifiedinrollingstockTSLsandEuropeanStandardsrelatingtobogiesandrunninggeartogetherintoanoverallrequirementandprocessthatensuresafunctionalandsafedesignisachievedforadefinedoperatingenvelope.TherearemanyEuropeanStandardsthatspecifythedesignrequirementsandassociatedprocessesofbogieandrunninggearcomponentsandsub-assemblies.TherearealsoEuropeanStandardsthatspecifyvehicleperformanceandvalidationrequirementsthatdependdirectlyonthebogiesorrunninggear.Theobjectiveofthisstandardistobringalltheseseparatedesigncriteriatogether.Thisisaccomplishedbyspecifyingthedesignandvalidationprocessestobeusedforbogiesandrunninggearwithparticularfocusonthetwokeydisciplinesofdynamicbehaviourandstructuralintegrity.Toensurethatsafeoperationcanbecontinuedthrougnouttheproductlifethedefinitionofamaintenanceplanisalsorequired.
